Design

Every project starts with precision 3D modeling. Our design team converts your concept — whether a rough sketch, a 2D logo, or a photo reference — into a production-ready 3D model, ensuring accurate proportions and structural integrity before any material is cut.



Printing

We operate 4 imported large-format digital printers with 8-color CMYK+ capability. This setup delivers Pantone-matched color accuracy, UV-resistant output, and seamless coverage on fabric panels up to 3.2 meters wide.



Sewing

50+ skilled workers handle all stitching in-house. Every seam is double-stitched with reinforced bar tacking at stress points. Complex curves, multi-panel assemblies, and airtight channel construction are all part of our daily production routine.



Materials

We work with a wide range of fabrics depending on the project requirements. Oxford fabric for durability, plush for soft-touch characters, mirror PVC for reflective finishes, transparent PVC for see-through effects, and PU-coated fabric for weather resistance. The right material is selected based on your venue, duration, and visual goals.



Testing

Every inflatable goes through a full 24-hour inflation test before shipment. We check for air retention, seam integrity, structural balance, and color consistency under both daylight and artificial lighting conditions.
